In developing the Calculus II course I devised homework that required a little more thinking than the basic problems.  The course is designed by objective, not for any specific book so I got ideas for these problems from my past experience and ideas and open educational resources.  Students write up the steps to these problems and submit them in Canvas.  Below is a sampling of some of them.
